What is your food Trigger? What do You Crave?

Food triggers can be hard to deal with and cravings too! Understand that you have to eliminate your top triggers right now, till you reach your goals. After that you may realize it isn't a trigger for you anymore, and you can have it once and awhile and be fine. Or you may learn it is not for you to have anymore at all.

Cravings can be when we really are not eating well and our body is still hungry for proper nutrition- this is even if you are full your body is still hungry. Sometimes we are bored or tired and it requires us to use a replacement to help us to avoid the craving all together.
