Tip 1: Drink Lemon Water to help lose 8-10 Lbs in 30 Days

Tip 1: Drink Lemon Water every morning!

Go Get Those Lemons:
Start off every morning with a lemon totally squeezed out into a glass and fill with Hot Water. Sip and drink it all!  Said to Aid in Digestion, cleanse our liver and helps bring out beautiful skin.

All helping us shed these 10 lbs!!

  2. First day starting the lemon water. I really wanted to add something sweet to it, but I stayed strong. As a matter of fact it wasn't too bad. Having it warm certainly helped! Looking forward to tomorrows post.

    Second day of soing lemon. Yesterday I felt soo good not sure if it was lemon, the recommitment to excercie or comboof both.

    Count me in on this 30 day challenge. I'll start the lemon cleanse tomorrow am. My reasons and goals for doing this are many...but my main reasons are to get off bp and cholesterol meds, which can cause liver damage, and to get over my weight loss plateau. I also just found out that my 38 yr old niece in TX has lymphoma. I am trying to do all that I can to stay healthy.
