Lose 10 lbs in 30 Day Check in


  1. Okay, I know I haven't checked in yet. I got off to a stress related rocky start, but I got it together and so far it's going great! Down 4 lbs this morning. And. . .I can no longer say that I'm not a cardio person anymore. . .I'm loving Turbo Kick!

  2. Although I have been eating pretty clean, your video hit home about watching the little things we eat in between meals. I think I am guilty of that empty calorie consumption that I don't really need. Time to refocus!

  3. I have been trying to eat more balanced meals and snacks...carbs & protein.... and have noticed the cravings for jumk have diminished.

    When I do need something, I grab a handful of nuts... satisfies me til the next meal.

  4. Total down 8 pounds and I must admit I did have my off days.
