 Are you looking to really get in great shape before Spring hits? This is the 21 Day Fix and my team and I are running a Test Group starting February 24th 2014!! WE will be running a Five Day Group called The Fix 5 Day Trial. This will give you the chance to learn more about Autumn the Trainer and Fitness Expert for the 21 Day Fix. Five Day Fit Food Challenge

I like to run these Free Challenges as a way for you to learn more about what eating healthy is all about. I share many tips with you including recipes and a meal plan guide for you to use and help you decide what foods work well for your body. One way of eating is not right for everyone and often we think we have to eat like are friend who is lean in order to lose weight and see results.
