I love to share all I do with others, I have been through some tough times and I know now that it is so important to pass on what I learn. People around me understand that this is a passion for me. I study, practice and share what works!! So, please take a look around and see how I will always share information, facts, opinions and what is working for me!
I take the research I do and what works and put them together to fit each person that I work with. Its always about a guide for you to find how your body responds to the changes you make. I am always here to encourage and help motivate, I love it when you find that special internal Motivation, it is what will always keep you going! What about what I eat: Well here you go!! I eat Grain Free and Dairy Free!
I drink Lemon water everyday. I make a cup of hot water and add either one whole lemon or half of the lemon squeezed into the water along with Turmeric Ginger Tea as well as Milk Thistle Tea. I also add extra ginger powder or root to the water as well.

Meal 1: This is usually a smoothie! I take coconut milk or coconut manna and add to water and blend with cinnamon, ginger, a little himalayan salt, a scoop of collagen protein powder, a packet of Daily Sunshine ( a grain free 3 in 1 smoothie ), and 1/2 cup of organic frozen blueberries.

Snacks: I love to eat avocado with veggies. Or a Green apple with unsweetened coconut flakes with some cinnamon and ginger. Or a bowl of berries or a pear or an orange instead of the apple and prepare the same way.

Meal: This is usually a Turkey/Chicken Salad with either Romaine lettuce or Spinach leaves. Lot's of cucumbers, and some olive oil or avocado oil drizzled on top and lemon juice.  AS I am healing my thyroid I have found that steamed veggies are better for me, so I will steam the spinach or saute them. Sometimes I will put all of this into a Coconut wrap.

Meal: Baked Wild White Cod with asparagus and black olives on the side.

I make my own Bone Broth stock and use this to make soup every week or every other week. This is a great way to get in the benefits of bone broth in to help heal the gut and help our immune system.

Other Ideas:
There are a ton of paleo recipes that I think are amazing. I even make a grain free and dairy free lasagna dish that everyone loves. Roasted veggies are amazing in the oven too. Sweet potato is easy to put in the crock pot or slice and make fries in the oven.
